We are bringing big city coffee drinks to the Catskills. Now with our newest addition Nitro Brew, here’s how we do it. First we start with a locally roasted coffee, cold brew it for a minimum of 3 days. Then we strain it several times before kegging it and hooking it up to the nitrogen on our beer tap system. We are serving it on ice and we will also have signature nitro coffee cocktails to choose from.
